Per-minute on calls handled, plus a flat monthly platform fee. No setup cost on the standard plan. We size pricing to your call volume — not a per-seat license.

How is data secured?
Calls are encrypted in transit. Recordings are stored on Indian infrastructure with role-based access. PII is redactable on request. We sign DPAs.

Which languages are supported?
Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali. The agent code-switches mid-conversation the way a human salesperson would.

Which CRMs and dialers integrate?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, Sell.do, plus generic webhook in. Telephony: Exotel, Knowlarity, Plivo, Vobiz, MyOperator. Custom on request.

Escalation rules are part of every script. The agent transfers to a live person, books a callback, or routes a structured handoff to your team — your call.

How long from signup to live?
Standard onboarding is 5 working days — script discovery, voice tuning, integration, dry runs. Complex multi-project deployments take 2–3 weeks.

What do you need from us to start?
A 30-min script-discovery call, sample lead recordings (if you have them), CRM/dialer credentials, and one project to pilot on. That's it.

Yes — voice persona, tone, pacing, qualification questions, escalation rules, after-call summary format. All editable. Changes go live same day.
